Over the past few years, we have been hearing a lot about being authentic. It’s the new buzzword and one so many have been using to describe who they are and what they do.
I’m all in on authenticity. In fact, you simply cannot have a successful relationship of any kind unless all parties involved are authentic. If not, the relationship will eventually fail.
So what does authenticity look like when society is in turmoil as it is now?
Is it different?
Well things have certainly changed and now more than ever we need authentic leaders at all levels. We need them as friends. We need them to lead our businesses. We need them to lead out towns and cities. And we need them to run our country.
That’s where you come in. Are YOU being authentic? Have you given it much thought?
I am deeply attracted to people who are authentic. I always have been. I’m simply repelled when people are inauthentic, no matter how hard they may try to impress me.
In this episode, I go a little deeper into this topic and show you how by being completely authentic (few people are these days) you can increase your audience, your authority, income, and create deep and lasting relationships.
