Master Coach | Best-Selling Author | Speaker | Founder, Renegade Inner Circle
There are people who teach success. And then there are people who have lived it, lost it, rebuilt it, and spent decades helping others do the same.
Robert Imbriale is the second kind.
For nearly 30 years, Robert has been the guide that passion-driven entrepreneurs turn to when they’ve hit the ceiling they can’t seem to break through alone. Not because they lack talent, drive, or vision — but because something invisible is quietly running the show. Something that strategy alone will never fix.
Robert can see it. And he can help you dissolve it.
"Your mission is bigger than you. It’s time to stop standing in the way of your own greatness."
In high school, Robert was so quiet his classmates called him “Paint.” He was invisible. Present in the room but absent from it in every way that mattered.
But something deep inside him was screaming that he was not meant to be this way.
That quiet tension between who he was and who he knew he could be became the defining force of his life. It drove him to face his fears one at a time — and in doing so, he discovered something that would shape everything that followed.
The moment he stopped making his success about himself and started making it about the people he was here to serve — everything changed.
The first time Robert stood in front of an audience to deliver a three-hour seminar — having never spoken publicly before in his life — he felt something remarkable. No fear. Not because it wasn’t there, but because in his mind he had reached up and turned the spotlight off of himself and onto them. The people in those seats. What they would gain. Who they would become.
The script was flipped. And it has never flipped back.
Robert’s professional journey began in 1980 when, at sixteen years old, he got his hands on one of the first personal computers and immediately recognized what most people would take another decade to understand — that technology was about to change everything.
By his mid-twenties, he had served as Director of Marketing for a national multimillion dollar direct marketing firm in New York City — and added more than $20 million in revenue in his first ten weeks on the job. Not because he had a formula. Because he understood people. What moves them. What stops them. What makes them say yes.
In 1995, everything shifted again when Robert encountered the work of Tony Robbins. He didn’t just attend a seminar. He immersed himself completely — participating in every training program available — until he found himself as Head Coach and Coaches Trainer for the Anthony Robbins and Associates franchise in Chicago.
Over the next two years, Robert coached more than 2,000 people face to face. Entrepreneurs, executives, artists, healers, parents, dreamers. Every age, every background, every level of success and struggle. That immersion gave him something no certification could — the ability to read a person’s deepest block within minutes and guide them through it with precision and care.
It also nearly broke him. Coaching seven days a week for two years took everything he had. He burned out completely — and in that collapse found one of his most important lessons. That sustainable greatness requires knowing your own limits as clearly as you know your gifts.
After recovering and relocating to San Diego, Robert rebuilt with intention. He focused on coaching entrepreneurs and business owners — the passionate, mission-driven ones who had something real to offer the world but couldn’t seem to crack their own code.
He authored the best-selling book Motivational Marketing (Wiley, 2007) — a manual for understanding marketing not as a set of tactics but as an emotional conversation between a business and the people it serves. The book distilled decades of insight into a framework that still resonates deeply with entrepreneurs today.
He hosted masterminds for years — curated rooms of serious entrepreneurs working on both the inner and outer dimensions of building a successful business. Those rooms became the container where all of Robert’s gifts could be deployed simultaneously — the coaching depth, the marketing expertise, the intuition, the speaking, the technical knowledge, and the genuine belief in every person sitting in the circle.
Dozens of his clients have crossed the million dollar mark. Many more have broken through ceilings they had been quietly bumping against for years — sometimes decades. Not because Robert gave them a better strategy. Because he helped them see what was right in front of them all along.
Today Robert is the founder of the Renegade Inner Circle - a curated mastermind built specifically for passion-driven entrepreneurs who are ready to stop playing small and start building businesses as powerful as their purpose.
The Renegade Inner Circle is the fullest expression of everything Robert has spent 30 years building toward. A room where the inner work and the outer work happen simultaneously. Where no question goes unanswered, no dream is too big, and every member is surrounded by people who genuinely want to see them win.
He is also the host of the Coach’s Corner podcast — currently being relaunched with a renewed focus on passion-driven entrepreneurs and the real conversations that help them break through, build forward, and serve at the highest level they were born for.
Robert speaks, teaches, writes, and guides from one unwavering belief — that every passion-driven entrepreneur has a mission worth sharing with the world. And that the gap between where they are and where they’re meant to be is almost never about strategy. It’s about something invisible that’s quietly running the show.
He can see it. And he can help you dissolve it.
