When you are coach, you are also, by default, a leader. Your clients, your friends, your family look to you for answers.
After all, a coach is that person you turn to when you need a little guidance and direction.
Right now, this is more important than ever since everything in society seems to be turned upside-down!
In this episode, I share some of the things that I do to stay informed and on top of things in a way where I am able to see all sides and form an opinion based on a more complete picture.
Gone are the days when a single source of media will suffice. You clients are relying on you to be informed, to be the one with answers and to help guide them through the rough spots. That is the essence of our work as coaches.
